32 progressive leg day routines to be worked in with your normal split. You'll have 2 workouts per week, one hamstring-dominant and one quad-dominant. The program changes week to week so you'll never see the same workout twice. This intermediate version eliminates some of the more mobility-advanced exercises and is built with slightly less volume. But don't be fooled! This program was made to push your limits and challenge everything you thought about leg day.
