I want to cancel my account

If you still have access to your account, you can follow these easy steps: 

  • click on the top right menu

  • select where it says 'Hi [your name]'

  • click My Profile

  • scroll to the bottom and select 'Cancel subscription'


If you do not have access to your account but the account is still active, you can email us at JULIAN@THEQUADGUY.COM

Once the subscription has been cancelled, you'll have access through the end of the paid term.  

I Can't access my account

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to login to your account. Here are some of the most common issues!

Username or Password is incorrect
The single most common login issue is an incorrect password! If you know your payment is current and it says ‘inactive account’ at login, it’s very likely a password error.

Passwords are case-sensitive, so please double check that you are entering the password exactly how it was setup. You can use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset. If you’ve had multiple accounts on this site, the system will send you a password reset email for each account associated with your address. One of the emails will indicate an active profile. Make sure to click the reset link on the active account email!

If you entered your email address incorrectly during registration, the username will match that spelling as it was entered.

Passwords cannot START with a hashtag or # symbol. If you created a password with that symbol as the first character, please contact us to reset.

If you have had previous accounts under the same email/username, you may be using an old password! You can use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset. You'll receive a reset link for each account listed under that email -- make sure to click the link for the ACTIVE account to reset.

Account has not been verified
If you just signed up and have not logged in yet, make sure you have confirmed your email! Check your email used at sign up (might be in your Spam or Junk-mail folder) for a confirmation message. The confirmation is sent right away! It contains a link to verify your account. You will not be allowed to login until this step has been completed.

Payment Failure
After a payment failure, the system will send out a notification email letting you know the charge has not gone through. You have 24 hours to update the payment information before the system retries payment and cancels the account completely. Click here for instructions on how to update payment information.

If it's been more than 24-hours since the payment failed originally, your account is cancelled and you'll need to re-register. 

Please note! If you're not sure when the payment failed or if the card has been re-processed, send us an email to double check! Re-registering could leave you with TWO active accounts if the retry is successful. 


For all non-PayPal subscribers, you can update the payment information right on the site! 

If your payment failed and you do NOT have access to the site
If you received an email notification that your payment did not go through, you will not be able to access the account like normal!

  • go to the home page www.thequadguy.com

  • select Login

  • instead of entering your credentials, select My Profile

  • now enter your username and password

  • select your subscription level from the drop-down menu (monthly or annual)

  • once logged into your profile, scroll down to update the card number/expiration date

*Please note: the system will only allow 24 hours from the initial failure to update the card on file. After 24 hours the account will be cancelled/closed


If you need to change your payment information but the account is in good standing

If you can login but your card will expire soon or you want to change the card on file:

  • login

  • click on the top right menu

  • select where it says 'Hi [your name]'

  • click My Profile

  • scroll to the bottom and update the payment information


If you signed up via PayPal and used a registered PayPal account, you can login via PayPal and update the card there. If you signed up using the PayPal link but did NOT create an account, unfortunately you won't be able to update your card. You'll need to cancel the subscription and re-register.
