These are single-muscle group workout routines that I posted on a weekly basis to my Instagram early on. These can be used in various ways! If you've followed The Daily Pump, each Workout Wednesday is HALF of a normal workout. If you just want to switch things up on your current routine, or you missed a Daily Pump workout and need to substitute, these would work great!
