All content, including subscriber profiles, have moved to the new app. If you have a current subscription, please follow the instructions below.
From now on you'll see Playbook Technologies on your bank statement instead of THEQUADGUY. But don't worry! Your pricing stays the same and there is no additional charge -- just a name change!

Key 1 - What is Playbook?
The Daily Pump app is hosted on a platform called Playbook. I’ll show you exactly how to sign-in to the app to locate The Pump
Key 2 - Use the SAME EMAIL you used to register for TheQuadGuy.com
In order to sign-up for the app and maintain your subscription it’s VERY important you follow these steps
Step 1: Download the app here
Step 2: Login with the EXACT email address you use to login on TheQuadGuy.com (do not login with another email, Facebook, or Apple or you will be asked to pay again!)
Step 3: After you confirm your email and log in, you’ll be directed to the new home of The Pump! If for some reason you’re not, go to the search bar and type in “Julian Smith”
Key 3 - You don’t need to pay again, this switch won’t cost you extra!
Your subscription was migrated from TheQuadGuy.com website to Playbook. Your subscription will continue to renew on the same date it always has at the same rate. Nothing will change except you’ll need the app to access the content and your billing statement will show PLAYBOOK going forward instead of THEQUADGUY.

What is Playbook?
Playbook is a platform that lets people like me create and share their workouts. We’ve searched high and low for an app that would allow us to continue delivering The Daily Pump like we always have, but in a more user-friendly and accessible way. Playbook is one of the highest-ranked apps in the world and they have been able to migrate ALL of our content from the site and it looks amazing. It’s easy to use, easy to find videos, and even easier to access The Pump, on and offline.
You can download workouts, view exercise videos in real time during your workout, check off completed workouts, and share your progress. All that along with a much cleaner account management system. You’ll be able to start, stop, or upgrade your service all within the same account. No password logins each time either (finally!)
What are the upgrade options?
Your current subscription gives you access to me and all the content you know and love from TheQuadGuy.com. Within the app you’ll now be able to upgrade from a monthly to annual subscription of JUST my content, OR you can upgrade to full platform access if you’d like. Full platform access opens up the entire Playbook app so you can view content from hundreds of other trainers, yogis, and athletes.
Your subscription price that migrated from the site will be guaranteed for life until you upgrade to one of the other options. Monthly access (just me) is $6/mo, Yearly access (just me) is $60/yr, Full Platform access (all of Playbook) is $15/mo or $100/yr.
Monthly Members - What happens after Migration?
Because your subscription renews every 30 days, you will lose access to the website at your next renewal date. This gives you plenty of time to download the app and get switched over! We’ll continue posting The Pump in both places but only for a limited time.
Annual members - What happens after Migration?
You’ll continue to have access to the website until the end of the sunset period. After the sunset period ends we’ll stop posting new Daily Pump workouts to the site. This gives you plenty of time to get switched over to the app! We’ll be communicating the official sunset period in the coming days, but you can expect to have about 30 days of content being double posted to the site and the app.
What if I want to cancel after the migration?
If you do not have the app:
